FOUNDATIONS
Regardless of a person’s past athletic experience or current level of fitness, everyone who first comes to Crossfit Surmount is provided with the opportunity to learn about basic techniques, safety, terminology, and how to modify/scale workouts to fit your needs and goals.
Our On Ramp program is a one-on-one personal training session with you and one of our CrossFit Coaches. You will go through 5, 30 minute sessions each with a different focus for that day and to review what was previously worked on. You will also have a workout at the end. This is the best way to get anyone familiar with how we coach, CFS culture, and learn more about you as an athlete.
On Ramp is the perfect place to ask questions and make some new friends before transitioning into our regular classes.

FOUNDATIONS + CUSTOMIZED NUTRITION
If your goal is weight loss/weight management, to learn and develop a healthy relationship with food then On Ramp Gold is a great option! This is On Ramp PLUS customized nutrition

FOUNDATIONS- (5) 30-minute Personal Training sessions to learn the foundations of CrossFit
- Baseline test of fitness at 1st session and retest at 5th session
- Basic nutrition tips from coach

- Initial nutrition consult with Registered Dietitian and plan development with goal setting
- Review dietary intake patterns and nutrient timing with RD
