ON-RAMP FOUNDATIONS

We understand that walking into a Crossfit gym can be intimidating for anyone. It is with that in mind that we developed this thorough program. New members will go through 5 different On Ramp sessions that build on each other. Each session, there will be a review of what was previously worked on as well as a new focus with new movements to learn for that day’s session. You will also have a brief 5-10 minute Crossfit workout at the end of each On-Ramp Session.

We feel that this is the best way for us to get to know you better. How you move. Previous injury history. But most importantly, we feel that this will allow you to gain confidence and become familiar with how we coach and our amazing CFS culture. We are confident that you’ll feel safe & prepared before you ever step foot into a regular group Crossfit class. WELCOME!
