Join Heather for Yoga to complement your CrossFit regimen,  She leads Yin Yoga on Wednesday nights at 7:30 and Power Flow Yoga on Sunday mornings at 8:00 am.  Heather leads both strength building and relaxation classes, with a mix of humor and great music.  An excellent way to decompress after a tough week of workouts, or increase your mobility to improve in your next metcon.
