Aaron Larmore
Aaron has been in the strength and conditioning game for over 20 years, helping athletes of all levels build strength, speed, and confidence. Before moving to North Carolina in 2022, he owned Iowa City CrossFit and coached 15 athletes to the top 1% of their respective divisions.
His experience spans from training youth athletes to working with pros, including a 1st Round MLB Draft Pick, a World Champion Boxer, 11 National Team Members, and 13 High School All-Americans. He held roles as Performance Director at Mt. Mercy University, strength coach for multiple Iowa high school state championship teams, and Strength and Conditioning Coach for Football & Olympic Sport at the University of Iowa.
Aaron holds certifications in CrossFit Level II, Russian Kettlebell Challenge II, Certified Functional Strength Coach, and USA Weightlifting. His coaching philosophy is simple: challenge yourself, move well, and have fun. When he's not coaching, he’s traveling with his wife Anna (a proud CFS member!) and chasing their four kids around the park.
