That was quite a challenging metcon… Thanks to both the 6 am and 6:30 pm sessions for completing the metcon in rounds and forgoing the strength. I always have a Plan B.

I hope to see you all at Yoga! Be sure to bring a towel and water.

You can rest, work on a skill, make up a missed WOD, etc. If you are making up a missed WOD or working on a skill, (as always) be sure to have a plan.

Coach Paul will be leading the 6 am & 7 am Boot Camps and will be unavailable to provide assistance. If you have questions, talk to him from 5:45 to 6 or 6:45 to 7 am.


  • This Saturday, September 7, a WOD will be held at 10 am and led by Coach Jeff. Coach Paul will acting as lead judge at the Throwdown in the Triangle. Coach Jeff will also lead the Community WOD from 11 to 11:45.
