WODs at 6, 8:30, & 11:45 am and 5:15 & 6:30 pm
Boot Camp at 6, 7, & 8:30 am
Uhm, that was quite the metcon, wasn’t it?
Spend up to 10 minutes practicing double unders. Remember that slow is fast. Focus on jumping high at a consistent pace. Avoid tucking your legs in front of or behind your hips, and avoid piking.
Everyone must at the very least attempt double unders. Yes, attempts will count!
5 handstand pushups
Complete handstand pushups using a box as needed. If you do so, double the number of reps per round, i.e., complete 10, 20, 30, 20, & 10 modified handstand pushups.
