Scale to V-ups or Abmat sit-ups and push ups or DB presses

OPT B: Metcon (Time)

3 rounds for time of:

50 hip extensions

25 strict pull-ups
Scale to hollow rocks or Abmat back extensions

OPT C: Metcon (Time)

3 rounds for time of:

30 toes-to-bars

15 clean and jerks (155/123)
Scale as necessary, including knees to elbows, knees to 90, or Abmat sit-ups and decreasing weight
