Coach Paul’s Weekly Update

There are many exciting things happening at CrossFit Surmount, including the addition of many new members, the upcoming Intrabox Team Competition, and the Murphy Challenge.

Congratulations to Laurie for being named the May Athlete of the Month! Laurie is a pleasure to coach, and is a very strong athlete and competitor.

Winners of the “Bring a Friend to CrossFit” and “Membership Drive” will be announced this week.

A reminder that Barbell Club is on hiatus until Coach James’ return later this Summer.

The 1st Intrabox Team Competition will be held Saturday, July 9! Be sure to let me know team members and team name.
