It’s the week of Christmas, and we are nearing the end of our daily giveaways. Yesterday would have been our holiday party, and I was super bummed we couldn’t have it.  But again, we wanted to thank all of you for your support in the craziest year of CrossFit ever! And congrats to all that have won something, and still a few more days left of giveaways from the raffle and the Buoy Bowl challenge. Good luck! 

Our holiday schedule is as follows:

  • December 23rd – no 5:45 pm
  • Christmas Eve – classes at 7:30 and 9 am
  • Christmas Day – no classes
  • New Year’s Eve – no 4 or 5:45 pm
  • New Year’s Day – 7:30, 9, and 11:30 classes

If you ordered a shirt, tank, hoodie, or crewneck, they are in. Ask a coach to grab yours, and mark your name off the list. If you missed out on the pre-order, we do have a few extra shirts, and very limited hoodies and crewnecks.

Secret Santa gifts are due back yesterday, technically. Please return your gift ASAP if you haven’t, and provide 3 clues on the tag for your person to guess who it was.  Thanks to Janet for doing the work to coordinate this fun event! Janet also ordered ornaments for our new members, those are due in the 22nd hopefully.  Thanks! 

The 2021 Open was announced to start on March 11 and run 3 weeks! Different from our usual 5 weeks, just mean more fun in a shorter amount of time.  Fingers crossed we can safely hold big events at the box and enjoy this awesome time of year at the gym.  Registration opens soon, and our programming will be tailored to ramp up for this.

Programming this week, it’s TEST WEEK! 3 tests (2 weightlifting and 1 gymnastics) along with an annual benchmark – The 12 Days of CrossFit. Should be a fun week to lead into the holiday weekend.  We’ll finish 2020 with a transition week after that, then its go time in 2021 to get ready for The Open!

• Max height box jump! Metcon of burpees and pull-ups

Wednesday
• Clean and Jerk 1 rep max; wall ball, deadlift, and run metcon

Thursday
• 12 Days of CrossFit

Friday
• Christmas Day! Closed – but will post an Elf play-along WOD

Saturday
• Back squats; metcon of toes to bar, calories, and push-ups

Sunday
• 150 Barbell reps and 3k running
