 Coach Paul will be holding a Running Clinic THIS SATURDAY, April 11 at CrossFit Goliath. CFS members are invited to attend at a discounted rate. Please let Coach Paul know if you’d like to register.

 Nick, Evelyn, Julie, and Jeff will be representing CrossFit Surmount at the Safe Kids Day THIS SATURDAY, April 11. The event is held at the Beaver Creek Target. Bring your family and friends for all of the fun and games!

 You spoke and I listened. CrossFit Surmount will be hosting the Lurong Living Summertime Challenge! Athlete registration begins April 13. The first three boxes to have 20 members register will have yearly affiliate dues paid. Are you up for the Challenge? I most certainly am!

 Coach Jeff and Evelyn will be holding a Clean & Jerk Clinic NEXT SATURDAY, April 18 from 1 to 3 pm. The cost is $30 for members and $40 for non-members. Additional details will be provided soon.

 Open Gym is now offered Sunday from 9:30 to 11 am.

 Beginning Tuesday, April 14, the Barbell Club will be offered as a monthly membership (and no longer as 10-week sessions). The fee for BBC is $165/month and the fee for BBC plus unlimited CrossFit is a mere $205. A 3-month contract is required for all new participants. Please talk with Coaches James, Jeff, or Paul (me) if you have any questions. I also suggest that you talk with Mike, Kathryn, Camellia, and/or Jay, current members of the BBC!

 Beginning May 4, CrossFit Express will be offered three days a week: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, at both 7 am and 6:30 pm. Express members have the option of attending two or three sessions a week. The fee for 2 sessions/week remains at $65 and the fee for 3 sessions/week is $90.

 If there is enough interest, additional CrossFit Express sessions (led by our very own Milton Doza) will be held Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 6 am. Please let me know if you are or you know someone who is interested in participating!
