Special Announcement: There will be a Community WOD tonight (Thursday) from 6:30 to 7:30 pm. All CFS members are also welcome to attend.
It appears that most if not all of you like the slam balls. The new strength bands and steel plates were frequently used Wednesday as well. Let me know if there’s other equipment you’d like to see at the box.
You can visit any time during the posted hours. Again, you need not come at a regularly scheduled WOD time, e.g., 7:15 to 8:15 am.
Either Coach Paul or Coach Jeff will be at the box to provide direction and support. Coach Jannicka is always more than happy to help as well!
If you missed Monday’s or yesterday’s Wendler strength segment, I suggest that you complete tomorrow. Sets of 3 reps @ 80, 85, & 90% or 1RM. Be sure to rest 2 to 3 minutes between sets.
As many of you are new to CrossFit, it’s important that you rest and recover. I’d encourage you to do so each and every Thursday.
