Metcon (10 Rounds for time)

Every 3 minutes for 30 minutes

First 3 mins: 20 DB snatch @ 50/35lbs + 10 box jump

2nd 3 minutes: 20 abmat situps + 10 cal row (or Bike)

Accessory Work

Bike 5 x 5minutes @ recovery pace

rest 2 minutes between sets
