– You MUST use the same weight for all sets.
– Sets MUST be completed in unbroken reps, i.e., you may not drop the bar.
Metcon (2 Rounds for reps)
Following the pattern of 2-4-6-8, etc. reps, complete as many reps as possible in 7 minutes of:
Deadlifts (225/183)
Strict handstand push-ups
Rest 2 minutes
Then
4-min AMRAP
Barbell facing burpees
