Metcon (Time)

In teams of 4 or 3
AFAP
Each team member completes 36 (team of 4) or 27 (team of 3) calories/reps of the following:
– Row
– Pushups
– Goblet squats (53/35)
– Pull-ups
– Box jumps (24/20)
– Toes to bar
– Wall ball shots (20/14 & 10/9)
– Burpees
Team of 3 and 4 complete 36 and 27 reps, respectively.

All team members complete ALL activities in the order listed.

Team members decide order and complete all activities in the same order. Team member 1 must complete activity before team member 2 begins. The same holds true for remaining team member(s).

The workout is finished when team member 3 or 4 completes last burpee.
