30 Bodyweight Back Squats (Time)
As fast as possible!
If you are unable to complete bodyweight back squats, complete 30 reps at heaviest weight possible, and be sure to record weight in notes.
Box Jumps (10 @ 75, 7 @ 85, 5 @ 95% of max height)
Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)
Work 1 minute; rest 1 minute
Rotate through following 3 activities:
Front lunges (bar in front rack position)
Back lunges (bar behind neck)
OH lunges (front or back)
Rx = 50/45% of bodyweight
Scale to 50% of OHS 1RM
