After warming up, with a running clock take up to 7 minutes to warm up to and then 7 minutes to establish 2RM back squat, press, and deadlift.
Rest 7 minutes between lifts as well. You may use the rest time to prepare for and warm up next lift, but you may not make any attempts at 2RM until the clock starts and coach announces, “Three, two, one, go!”.
