CrossFit Surmount – CrossFit

This is the final event in this year’s Games. Should be fun, and I’m guessing humbling too. It has 2 benchmark WODs within it, and really a third as the 30 muscle-ups is often a benchmark just without a name. Lots of ways to scale, have fun with it!

Time cap is 20 minutes. Ideally if done alone, each of those benchmarks should be scaled to hit a stimulus of sub 5-6 minutes each.
