Foundations from 6:30 to 8 pm
As I had completed “Fanny” Tuesday, I rested yesterday. You should rest today. Yes, I’m talking to you, Emily — and anyone else who worked out yesterday. As I mentioned to Fanny, I may very well make this a benchmark WOD. I’m confident that many of you who scaled handstand pushups won’t need to do so in the very near future.
CrossFit Surmount wishes Fanny the best of luck in her academic endeavors. We look forward to her visiting us this December!
Mary Ann, Melinda, and Marianne have invited friends to attend a workout tonight beginning at 5:30. Members and their guests are more than welcome to attend. Please do let me know if you plan on attending so that I may plan accordingly. Slam balls and Russian twists. Oh, my!
Foundations, part 4 will be taking place from 6:30 to 8 during the last hour of open gym. You are still welcome to make up a missed WOD, work on a skill, help mop the floors, etc. during that time or any time during open gym.
