400m run together

25 Partner Med Ball Sit up/toss over 24″ Box

20 Burpee Over Partner Plank Hold

15 Partner Deadlifts @ 60% of total BW

10 Partner Air Squats (Med Ball in between) (If med ball falls = 5 burpee penalty)

*partners may rotate burpee plank hold as desired
