WOD for Sunday, July 28

WODs at 9:45 & 11 am

In teams of 3 or 4
34-minute AMRAP
3, 10-minute rounds
Rest 2 minute between rounds

One (1) member will be rowing at any given time and for 2 minutes at a time. The other team members will be completing as many reps as possible of the following activities:
Wall balls (20/14)
Thrusters (95/63)
KB swings (52/35)
Weighted air squats (45/25)
V-ups

Only one (1) member may complete an activity at any give time, and may only begin doing so when team member begins rowing.

For example, a team of three (members A, B, & C)…
A rows for 2 minutes, rowing a total of 500m. As A rows, B & C take turns completing wall balls, each completing 5 at a time, and complete a combined total of 45 reps.
B rows for 2 minutes, rowing a total of 450m. As B rows, C & A take turns completing ground to overhead, each completing 10 reps at a time, and complete a total of 30 reps.
C rows 400m, B & A take turns completing a combined total of 40 KB swings…

For both teams with 3 or 4 members, only 1 member may complete activities (other than rowing) at any given time.

Score 1 point for every 10m rowed and for every rep completed.

Reset the rower between rounds; do not reset between rows. Merely record the total number of meters rowed by team for entire round.

Each team may only have 1 KB of any given weight, e.g., 1, 52# & 35# KB.
