For time w/ a partner:
1600 M run
then 30 rounds:
3 Muscle-ups
6 Heavy step-ups farmer’s carry style
then
1600 M run
Split the 1600s up or run together for an extra challenge. As for the 30 rounds, 1 partner does a full round, then switch. Do bar or ring for muscle-ups.
