In Team of 3 or 4

100 reps of the following:

– Power cleans (95/63)

– Medicine ball cleans (20/14)

– 1-mile run

– Power snatches (75/53)

– Row 1600m

– Front squats (95/63)
– Activities may be completed in any order, but all reps must be complete before beginning next activity.

– Athletes need not complete same number of reps.

– Only 1 athlete may work at a time.

– Athlete may complete no more than 10 reps and/or run or row more than 200m any turn.
