You go I go, each movement (meaning each person does all 8 reps of the movement, then each does all of the next)

AMRAP 24 minutes:

8 Weighted situps (45/35# plate)

8 Devil Press 50/35 (pair of DBs)

Both Partners bike 300 M each – while one partnering is biking, other does 10 x 10m shuttle sprints
