These pictures are roughly 4 years a part. I started CrossFit as a bootcamp member in October 2013 and crossed over in January 2014. Best decisions I could have made in my weight loss journey. In the picture on the left, I weight about 260lbs and I currently weight about 178lbs. This has not be an easy road, but it is one I am proud of and one I would do all over again to get the results I have today. At 49, I am the fittest and healthiest I have ever been in my life. If you are like me and have been overweight all your life, and just started on your weight loss journey, hang in there! The end results are well worth the wait! Nutrition has played a major role in my transformation. I put in the work at the gym, but you have to put in hard work in the kitchen too. For me, they both work hand in hand. Consistency and hard work pays off. It’s not easy, but it’s worth it in the end!
