Poliquin step ups:
– The foot on the step is turned out by 15-20°.
– The toes of the foot on the ﬂoor is pointing upward.
– At the bottom of the repetition, the heel of the foot on the step should not touch the plate and the toes of the foot on the step is in line with the heel of the foot on the ﬂoor.
