Complete 100 reps of the following:
Box jumps (24/20)
KB swings (35/26)
Knees to elbows
Push presses (45/33)
Wall ball shots (20/14 & 10/9)
Partners must take turns and complete 10 reps/turn
Partners work together and complete 50 reps each; both partners must complete activity before moving to next activity
Partners work together to complete reps; partners need not divide work evenly.
Scale as necessary, including completing less than 100 reps of activities.
