OPT A: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds)

EMOTM for 30 minutes

– 5 toes to bar

– 5 incline pushups (toes on 24/20″ box)

– 5 chest to bar pull-ups

– 10 jumping air squats

OPT B: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds)

EMOTM for 30 minutes

– 5 knees to 90

– 5 incline pushups (toes on 45/35# plate)

– 5 pull-ups or ring rows

– 10 jumping air squats

TOT: Metcon (Time)

Record the time it takes to complete each round.

If you are unable to complete a round within the minute, complete reps and begin next round at top of following minute.
