Special Announcement: There will once again be a Community WOD tonight (Thursday) from 6:30 to 7:15 pm. All CFS members are also welcome to attend.
I’m glad to so many of you enjoyed yesterday’s challenges! Yes, there will be times when I don’t post the entire workout on the website or this blog. Expect the unexpected.
I hope that you’re also enjoying de-load week. I know you’re anxious to test your strength, and you’ll have that opportunity next week.
Things you can do today:
- Make up a missed WOD, particularly if you missed any of the strength sessions.
- Work on a goal. I will be here in the morning as well as at the Community WOD, and Coach Jeff will be here from 5:15 to 6:30.
- Work on mobility.
As I’ve mentioned to most of you, we’ll be taking a 2-week break from Wendler beginning the week of the 20th. Let me know what skills you’d like to work on and activities you’d like to see programmed.
