Open Gym from 6 to 8 am and from 5 to 6 pm
Boot Camp at 6 & 7 am
Yoga from 6 to 7 pm
You can choose to work on a skill, make up a missed WOD (including yesterday’s WOD, 6amers), etc. during Open Gym. If you are making up a missed WOD or working on a skill, be sure to have a plan.
Coaches Chris and Emily will be leading the Boot Camps.
