CFS – CrossFit
Boot Camps at 6 and 7 am. Please note that beginning next week the 6 am T/Th Boot Camp is cancelled until further notice.
Open Gym from 6 to 8 am and from 5 to 7 pm.
During Open Gym you can choose to work on a skill, make up a missed WOD, work on mobility, etc. Just be sure to have a plan.
