I know I sound like a broken record… that last lift is going to feel heavy.

Conditioning
EMOTM for 10 minutes
Complete up to 10 UNBROKEN pull-ups (ring, kipping, strict, chest to bar, weighted)
The goal is to complete the same number of reps each round.

As reps are to be unbroken, you may not drop from the bar.
