Personal Training


Whether you are new to our program and just learning the fundamentals of the movements, or have been at CrossFit for some time and need help tweaking your pull-ups, clean and jerk, or other skill, one of our highly skilled coaches would be happy to work one-on-one with you in helping you to achieve your fitness goals. Our personal training program is a one-on-one environment during which your coach will provide you with a personalized program to help you succeed. It will take work, it will take commitment, but if you stick to the program and work with us, you WILL succeed! Each and every session is geared toward your goals and your personal fitness and health situation. We care about seeing you succeed.

Before beginning a personal training series, each athlete will sit down with their designated coach and discuss the client’s history, goals, desires, prior stumbling blocks, and motivational preferences.

Together with their coach, a tailored plan of training, nutrition, and lifestyle pieces will be laid out to ensure the highest level of satisfaction and success. Then that plan will be executed with the coach right there guiding you every step of the way!
