A: Press (10 minutes to establish 1RM; rest 3 minutes)

B: Push Press (10 minutes to establish 1RM; rest 3 minutes)

C: Power Jerk (10 minutes to establish 1RM)

D: Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

5-min AMRAP
Burpee + deadlift (weight of power jerk 1RM) + 11 lateral bar hops

Rx+
Burpee + deadlift + forward facing bar hop + 11 double unders + 5 lateral bar hops
Only those who are able to complete double unders may complete Rx+. You may also choose to complete Rx++ by completing all rounds of dus unbroken.
