Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds)

Complete 2 PP on the top of the 1st minute, 4 on the top of the 2nd minute, 6 on the top of the 3rd minute, etc., until you are no longer able to complete required reps within minute.
Complete @ 50% of 3RM.

Notice that reps increase by 2 each round.

Rounds MUST being at the top of the minute.

All rounds MUST be completed in unbroken reps, i.e., you may not put down or rack the barbell.
