– 11 power clean & jerks (75/53)

– 22 burpees
The class will be divided into 4 groups.

At minutes 3, 6, 9, & 12 a number between 1 and 4 will be randomly selected.

When your group’s number is called you must complete 5 rope climbs.

After completing rope climbs, continue where you left off, e.g., continue power clean & jerks or burpees.

Do NOT include rope climbs in score.
