Bulgarian Deadlift (5 x 6 per leg)
6 Bulgarian deadlifts followed by
6 one leg box jump
Do entire set on one leg then do the other
leg.
The one leg box jumps can be done on a small stack of
plates or mats. You can also simply do vertical jumps.
Metcon (Time)
For time:
4 rounds, rest 1 minute between each round:
20 box jump overs (24/20)
15 power cleans (135/95)
Accessory Work

20 GHD situps
12 side plank raises/ side
