AMRAP 35 minutes

While one partner:

Runs 600m

the other partner perform rounds of:

10 burpees over the KB

20 SDLHP w/ KB (53/35)

*Once the partner

finishes cardio they

must both go for a

farmer’s carry of 200m each with their KB

then switch places
Score is rounds & reps of the 10/20 combo
