A: Sumo Deadlift High Pull (Every 90 seconds for 15 minutes)
At the top of every other minute complete 3, 4, or 5 strict ring dips OR slam balls and in remaining time establish 1RM SDHP (10 rounds)
B: Nancy (Time)
5 Rounds for time of:
15 Overhead Squats, 95# / 65#
A time cap may be called. OHS weight may be no more than 65% of 1RM.
