– Abmat sit-ups

– Dumbbell back squats

– Abmat back extensions

– Dumbbell push presses
– Rest 1 minute between activities.

– Partners take turns rowing for calories and completing activities, for example Partner A rows as Partner B completes DB thrusters. Both rest 1 minute. Partner B then rows as Partner A completes thrusters.

– Score = total calories + reps
