150 pushups | plank
150 pull-ups | hang from bar
150 Russian KB swings (53/35) | waiter’s hold
150/leg alternating leg lunges | hold bottom of squat (45/35)
150 deadlifts (135/113) | hold top of deadlift
75 burpee + 10m sprint relay
For teams of 3 & 4, 1 & 2 people, respectively, are always resting.
The work need not be evenly divided.
Work must be completed together, e.g., plank must be held while completing pushups, bottom of squat must be held while completing air squats.
