Today is the first day of June! Please note that the PR board has been wiped clean, as have May goals. Be sure to record June goals as well as newly achieved PRs. I expect that they’ll be PRs tomorrow. Why?
Because the CrossFit Total will take place tomorrow!
Barbells have been the focus of the previous two days. Today’s focus is on bodyweight activities.
40 slam balls
40 wall balls
30 Abmat sit-ups
30 Abmat back extensions
20 ring dips
20 knees to elbows
10 box jumps
100 (not a typo) double unders
Begin by completing 3 burpees. At the top of each even-numbered minute, complete 3 burpees.
36-minute time cap
Scaling options will be provided, including doing half of the reps each round.
You may also make the workout even more challenging. Ring pull-ups, ring pushups, GHD sit-ups, lateral box jumps anyone? Anyone?
