EMOTM for 30 minutes
1 deadlift @ 85% of 1RM
4 barbell facing burpees
6 barbell facing jumping air squats
Record time it takes to complete each round.
If a round takes more than 1 minute to complete, start next round at the top of the following minutes. For example, if at the beginning of minute 9 round 10 takes you 1:15 to complete, begin your next round at the beginning of round 11.
Record total number of rounds completed if less than 30.
