Partner Relay (in teams of 2 or 3)

3 RFT

21 reps of the following:

– KB swings (53/35)

– Power cleans (95/73)

– Box jumps (24/20)

– Slam balls

– Toes to bar

– Sumo deadlifts (115/103)

– Burpees
– Use fewest number of barbell per team. For example, if 2 or 3 males completing as prescribed, 1 barbell allowed. Add or remove weight for power cleans and sumo deadlifts.

If Teams of 3 will complete 14 reps or each activity.

This is a TRUE relay. Partner A must complete all KB swings before Partner B begins. Partner A will work continuously. Partner B (or C) must always wait until Partner A (or B) completes ALL reps before beginning. Partner A (or B) MUST tag Partner B (or ) before beginning any activity. Time is called when Partner A (or B) complete last burpee.
