– 4-min rounds; rest 2 minutes between rounds

– Begin each round by running 400m

– Round 1 | Max rep air squats

– Round 2 | Max rep med ball snatches

– Round 3 | Max rep weighted air squats (use med ball)

– Round 4 | Max rep burpees
