Complete 20 reps of the following AFAP

– Thrusters (95/63)

– Sumo deadlift high pulls

– Push jerks

– Overhead squats

– Front squats
– Reps may be completed in any manner.

– One partner must complete 3 burpees at the top of each minute, i.e., either partner may complete burpees but burpees may not be shared any given minute.
