CrossFit Surmount – CrossFit

Partners take turns completing all activities. For example, Partner A completes max rep KB swings and Partner B completes KB farmer’s carry and then partners switch, i.e., Partner B completes KB swings and Partner A completes farmer’s carry.
As slower teams may be able to complete more reps, your goal is to post the highest number of reps in the least amount of time!
