CrossFit Surmount – CrossFit
The ski erg is meant to mimic cross country skiing which is one of the most grueling endurance sports out there. We are going to be doing some movement for “quality” while others cycle through their 500 meter time trial. The theme of those 5 rounds is unconventional core work that we do not always see during the week.
