30 Minute AMRAP:

Team of 2, count it down..

10 Sit-ups

9 Air squats

8 Push-ups

7 Deadlifts (135/95)

6 Pull-ups

5 Burpees

4 Toes to bar

3 Squat cleans

2 Front Squats

1 Push Jerk
Each athlete does all reps of movement, then move on to next. Example: Athlete A does 10 sit-ups, then B does 10 sit-ups, then they move onto 9 air squats each. One working at a time.
