Movement 1: Chose one of the following movement for the odd minute:

– Box Jumps

– Row or bike

– Double unders (if not there yesterday)

Movement 2: Chose one of the following movement for the odd minute:

– Snatch Balance

– Push jerk

– Wall balls
Pick a # of reps that gives you about :15 rest each minute. Or work for :45 seconds each minute and try to maintain the results/reps throughout
