Complete 25 reps of each of the activities in the order listed:
2. Handstand pushup
4. Muscle up
– Complete ALL lifts @ 65% of 1RM
– Complete 11 double unders each time you complete 5 reps
– Scale as necessary, including completing fewer number or reps for ALL of the activities, decreasing weight, substituting ring dips for muscle ups, etc.
